We had a great experience with the whole team from start to finish and our roof looks great! They also did a fantastic job with the site cleanup- very thorough and my husband and I are very happy customers!

We had an excellent experience with Triangle Trusted! Ryan was super nice and explained everything thoroughly. Jerry was awesome as well! He and his team finished faster than we would have thought and they had to stop for weather. They made sure everything stayed dry during the sun shower we had mid morning. We were under a time crunch and they were responsive from beginning to end. We would go with them again and recommend to anyone!

Ryan and Jerry and the rest of the team were all fantastic. We got several quotes for replacing our roof and theirs was the most competitive. They came early, were very responsive throughout the day, and finished in great time. It also started pouring rain while they were working and Jerry came in to check the attic to make sure there were no leaks. They sent us drone photos throughout the day so we could see the progress. And they cleaned up every last nail and piece of debris around the house. We had a fantastic experience and I’d highly recommend them!

Questions & Answers

How long will my new roof last?

The lifespan of your roof will depend, to some degree, on the type of shingles and complete roof system that you choose. Other factors are how well you maintain the roof, how much direct sunlight it faces and the severity of storms it experiences. All the shingles we offer should typically last you 30 years or more. That said, extreme weather or lack of maintenance can shorten the life of your roof system. Roofing product manufacturers offer a variety of warranties on their products. You will want to review those warranties to see what they will cover in the event their products fail to reach their life expectancy. Ask us about our factory authorized Extended Warranties which can provide Lifetime (50-year) coverage.

What happens if my new roof leaks?

We guarantee our workmanship completely, for the life of your shingles. You deserve this peace of mind. If your roof leak is caused by faulty workmanship, we will fix it and repair any damage at no cost to you. In addition, if your leak is caused by faulty roofing materials, the material manufacturer is responsible to remedy the situation, per their warranty. In this case, we will communicate with the manufacturer on your behalf and represent your interests. Because of our stringent hiring and training standards and use of premium quality materials, leaks are extremely rare on our roofs.

How long will it take to install my new roof?

Some roofs take our crews just 1 day to complete! Other roofs may take several days. Factors such as weather, the size and pitch of the roof and whether there are extras such as chimneys and skylights contribute to the length of the project. What is important is that the job is done correctly and that your property is protected for the duration of the project.

Is there anything I need to do to before the roof replacement begins?

Replacing a roof is a messy process. You will want to park your vehicles in the street, not in the garage or driveway. This way, you will not be stuck when the roofing debris trailer and other vehicles arrive. You’ll also save your tires from nails and your vehicle from dust and falling debris. Most customers choose to do this the night before the work starts. You will also want to move patio or deck furniture, potted plants or anything else of value that might be damaged by a stray shingle. If you have a power vent in your attic, your roofing contractor may ask you to have an electrician remove it from its’ power source. Finally, it is wise to decide whether you want to be home or away during the project. Many of our customers choose to stay home so they can track the progress, and others choose to leave so they don’t have to experience the mess and the noise.

Will I have to replace my gutters and downspouts with the roof?

Triangle’s Trusted Roofing | Jan 4, 2022
Triangle’s Trusted Roofing | Jan 4, 2022

No. If your gutters and downspouts are in good working condition, we will carefully work around them. However, if you would like them replaced, we can do this for you. Just ask us for a free quote. Immediately after your roof replacement is the ideal time to have your gutters and downspouts replaced. This way, the new gutters do not get scratched up by the roof replacement process. Also, your current gutters can be removed while the existing roof is being removed, creating efficiency in the process.

How much does a new roof cost?

Triangle’s Trusted Roofing | Jan 4, 2022

Due to there being many determining factors, the price range is too broad to even list numbers here. Also, you will find that there is a wide variance of pricing among roofing contractors. The cost of your new roof system depends on many legitimate factors. These factors include: The quality of roofing materials chosen The size of your roof The angle or pitch of your roof How many layers of shingles are on your existing roof The warranty you choose on your new roof system The condition of the roof deck under your existing shingles

How do I know if I need a new roof?

While today’s shingles will likely last 30 years or longer, older shingles typically last 12-20 years. So, unless you notice leaking or other visible concerns prior to year 12, you will want to have the roof inspected at around the 12-year mark. Here are some warning signs to look for during that 12-year inspection: Curling shingles Loss of granules (looks like discoloration or bald spots) Missing shingles Cracked shingles Creased or lifted shingles (wind damage) Broken, pitted or otherwise damaged shingles Rusted or missing flashing (exposed metal) Dented, cracked or otherwise damaged vents
