Terrible customer service and they charged me an additional 25 dollars to hold my packages that were paid to be delivered to their store. Use FedEx!

Will never ever use UPS to ship anything ever again. Paid over 95 dollars to have 7 pieces of paper overnight air shipped to a specific person and it had to be there before noon. It didn't get there until afternoon. Why? Well, UPS doesn't tell you that it will be delivered to some random person at an organization that won't deliver it on time. In other words the person you have on the envelope will NOT receive the package. I never believed in the post office before but I do now. I expect more from UPS and just threw away a lot of money and drove one hour each way FOR NOTHING.....'WHAT GOOD is it to put a person's name if it doesn't reach them specifically? I get the fact that overnight is overnight but I paid for a SPECIFIC TIME FRAME!!! The guy at the desk knew the papers were important, knew I was shipping to a large organization, KNEW the papers had to be there before noon. Was there any mention of 'Ummmm it may not get there if there is a mail room." NOPE they just want your money and once they have it they do not care about the details. However, they will tell you ALL about what you needed to know when you call to complain and quote "Yeah it is really makes no difference to put the person's name because we will deliver to the mail room.' 'Yes anyone can sign, how are we to know who is who" and my favorite 'it really was delivered on time.' No it wasn't-disgusting... Had I known this I would've popped the papers into a mailbox and just dealt with the lateness later, but NO UPS INSISTS THEY CAN SHIP OVERNIGHT, TO A SPECIFIC PERSON, AND IN A SPECIFIC TIME FRAME! Liars....

UPS is a horrible company, and can’t keep up with the new days. I missed my package because they came 7 hours earlier than they said, so no one was scheduled to be home. Then, instead of delivering it again the next day, or even dropping it off at the burnt boat location, they are making me wait another 4 days before they drop off my package. My package is a phone, so I currently am out of a phone. Awful service.
