Only 2 stars because I would have fun with my family anywhere... it was so sad how unhelpful and rude almost every employee was. Two tables by the bar in front of the air hockey tables had food remains from 3:51pm until 5:35pm. Please don't use that excuse people don't want to work. I saw plenty of kids eating chicken fingers & french fries with headphones in wearing apex shirts. Getting into the escape we paid for felt like we were hassling the kid. He literally huffed puffed & said come find him in a half hour..(which is when our session ended) after asking 4 more people, 1 guy led us in & gave the tutorial with little effort. The attendant at the bumper cars was enough to get us to leave. She was purposefully rude. There is a clear management issue.

Went to an event here. Was a lot of fun. Had some trouble with bowling lanes and we asked for help but staff would just say okay and wouldn't actually assist us. Laser tag the attendant was much more friendly. She tried changing colors on vests for teams but was unable to do so but she was very interactive and friendly with the whole group. Wish I got her name for a shout out. Would definitely come here again!

Much larger than it looks from the outside. Food and drinks were ok. The laser tag is a little too dark but a pretty decent size for being in a mall. The staff was nice too. Decent selection of games and a couple of sports simulators.

Escape room: We did the zombie escape room. The other one wasn't available. There were several technical difficulties, including the audio being completely nonfunctional. The game lacked visual cues telling you when you succeeded at a puzzle. $20 for 30 minutes didn't feel worth it. Arcade games: Almost every single machine--including the card dispenser machine--ate our credits. We selected $10 for the card and paid a $3 new card fee, and in total put $15 in the machine...but received no change. Where did the $2 go? Sometimes we would need to scan games several times to play, and sometimes it would just eat our credits and not start at all. It's normal for arcades to have technical problems on some machines, but this was to an extent I've never seen before. There are some interesting games available. Bar: Bartender was friendly, but there wasn't an up-to-date drink menu available. It's cool how much they have going on here, but it doesn't matter much when none of the experiences are working properly. They need fewer people walking around doing nothing and more technicians.

They have machines where you can add credit to a card you can use like Dave and buster's. Bowling is $40.00 plus 2.50 or 4.50 for the shoes. Bumper cars $5.00 per person. But when I went a week and a half ago the arcade games were not available and I dont when there gonna make them available.
I believe if you do the escape rooms you might. Other than that no.

Like any other arcade really. Just buy the credits you want to spend. One credit is 25cents.
It really depends on what you want to do. They have things starting at $5 like bumper cars. But also have laser tag , an arcade, bowling and food. Bowling is $40 per lane for up to 6 people for an hour. So that's like 6.50 per person for an hour of bowling if you have 6 people.
