We always have a great experience at Wellnow, and the Western Ave location in particular! The staff is so kind and they don't make you feel rushed while also trying they're absolute best to take care of every patient that walks in. They were wonderful with my young daughter and took the time to ease my concerns while also educating me on next steps. No one wants to go to Urgent Care ever, but when you actually leave feeling better, that's pretty amazing.

We had such a good experience recently and can’t thank the staff enough! Everyone was friendly and supportive to my two very young children. The staff and nurses were fantastic at making them feel comfortable. We called ahead and anticipated a lengthy wait, but were pleasantly surprised to be called back quickly. The examination process was efficient and we were on our way in a reasonable amount of time. If we need their services again, we will definitely be returning.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this urgent care clinic. I would highly recommend scheduling online, so you can completely avoid any wait. I was in and out of this facility within an hour and twenty minutes, which is practically unbeatable in my experience. I got all the prescriptions I needed, a doctor's note for my work, and the staff were incredibly kind and great listeners. Just to note, they do not have ultrasound equipment, so you have to go to a hospital or another practitioner for that. I hope you go here for any non-emergency medical needs!

The staff were all very kind and professional. The Nurse Practitioner was extremely thorough, patient and caring. I felt extremely comfortable with her Mrs. Davis. In her care, I felt like I was in great hands. I highly recommend her and naturally I will be going back.
