Everything was cooked too hot and too fast so it was burnt on the outside and undercooked on the inside. my waitress wasn't understandable. the bill with over $100 for two adult breakfasts and two child breakfasts. Never going to another IHOP in any town, in any state, ever again.

The frozen smash blueberries was horrible on the drink that stated it was fresh. Plus the ones place on my pan cake even worse.

I have not heard of them serving free food here. Try looking online like petaluma's website or kron4 news they might have a list of places.
