I can't speak highly enough of how professional and courteous Ronnie and his staff are. I brought a DeWalt drill driver in for a collet repair. Price of repair and turn around time was perfect despite being so busy. They are also super knowledgable on the durability of many of the name brands. They switched me over to the Red tool line and Ive been very happy ever since. Every time I enter their immaculately clean and Red (lol) show room Im greeted with a smile. I feel so fortunate to have them here in our city.

incredibly friendly and Knowledgeable I spoke to Ronnie about purchasing a Makita Concrete saw used that looks to be in new condition, but before purchasing i needed to be sure I could be able to get it serviced. The saw was for sale by another store & Ronnie was professional and explained to me everything to look out for and what a good saw would run like and what are some of the pit falls to watch out for. Loved his Professional advice and he took the time out of his busy day to speak with me right away about the Saw. So after trying to tell the young men sales people what I wanted . Then out of no where being told I won't break open a set when thats not what I asked . Then repeating what I did want and asking him if he could price it accordingly and comparable to what he had in separate items and that if he couldn't I would just say good bye . As I'm walking to the door . I think he said something about " don't come back either " This is the sale that walked out the door that day. Maybe I should say thanks kid instead you probably saved me money .
