I don't even know where to really begin, but this establishment blew my mind. From the moment you walk into the door to the very end, they make sure you are 100 percent happy and comfortable. Best customer service I've ever received, top notch service, and very clean. You are in the best hands getting your hair done here, they are attentive to your specific needs as a client..they get to know you and your hair, which is lovely. I had the pleasure of getting my hair cut by Mandie and she changed my hair game forever. I feel like me again and I am so glad I did research and trusted Halo with my hair..I will never go anywhere else again! No more hair tragedies 😂

Tiffany at Salon halo ruined my hair. I went in to get my hair lighter and she turned it completely orange and yellow. She tried telling me to just come in the following week for a toner and if I wanted to go lighter then it would be a separate service that I’d have to pay for. I reached out to management and they made me an appointment to come in sooner to get it fixed. Of course Tiffany would have to be the one to fix it but a senior stylist would be guiding her. I went in less than a week later and I left with darker hair than when I originally came in and still alot of very very brassy hair and spots of demarcation. It looked like really bad grown out highlights. At that point, I didn’t want to complain again just to get brought in once more for her to try and “fix it” but I did email to let them know the situation and that I wasn’t happy. No response. The visit costed me $250 and a total of 8 hours altogether. I reached out to another hair dresser at a different salon and she said my hair was considered a color correction and it cost me $300 to get it fixed. I was very upset that salon halo costed me another $300 and 4 more hours of my time so I emailed again and no response or phone call even just apologizing. You will clearly see the pictures of my hair that salon halo did and the pictures of how the other salon did my hair achieving the look I had asked for. I had such high expectations for salon halo after reading all the rave reviews and they were a major letdown.

Saying that my experience is excellent doesn’t do it justice! I would have to say that my experience with Melanie was PHENOMENAL! She took her time and gave me exactly what I wanted and then some. I truly had no idea that I could even love my hair as much as I do right now! The cut, the color, the feel…everything about it is PERFECTION! I can’t thank you enough. Is there any greater gift than making someone feel beautiful? Melanie and her attention to detail is a true blessing!!! THANK YOU SALON HALO!

This was my first time at Salon Halo and I am impressed!! Tiffany was so knowledgeable, sweet and friendly! She took the time to ask me questions about my hair history, what I liked, what my hair goals were, what I didn’t like etc. before even touching my hair. I was so pleased with the service I received from her and the rest of the ladies at Salon Halo! I’m so happy with how my hair turned out, I am in love with it. I felt so happy and confident walking out of the salon. Thank you so much Tiffany.
