Garbage service. I purchased my wedding band at the Baybrook location, and they were great. Had the ring sized in house and only took a couple days. Well after getting it I realized it was just a LITTLE too small so I came to THIS location to get it resized. I only wanted to go up 1/4 size which isn’t very much at all. They said they couldn’t do it because it was two-tone and I would have to order a whole new ring! The sales lady was very rude the whole time we were in there and the jeweler doesn’t seem very competent. So I drove down to the Baybrook location(little further away from where I live) and they resized it ON THE SPOT, in about 5 minutes. I told them what happened and they said that this location should have done it since they are a Robbins Brothers location. Do not go to this location. Drive to Baybrook, it is worth the extra drive, and a MUCH better experience.
