got my septum pierced by Regina, was practically painless and healed easily with no complications! went back again to get two lobe piercings on one ear which were done by another piercer there (i do not remember her name) and as she did them i felt sharp pain in my earlobe but i thought that was normal. the rest of the day my ear was throbbing but i thought nothing of it, but within the next couple of weeks i would feel sharp pain in my ear on and off. i messaged the studio's instagram and they told me it was most likely just irritation from me accidentally hitting my ear. fast forward to 4 months later and my ear was STILL having issues with both piercings (sharp pain, random swelling, blood). i moved to another state so i couldn't really come back here to ask them, and i went to a local piercer instead. i described the issues i was having with my ear the piercer immediately pointed out how both piercings were incorrectly/awkwardly placed and that the previous piercer had most likely nicked the cartilage in my ear, as well as the possibility of the jewelry causing irritation. in the end i had him remove them and there was visible irritation/blood. it's been nearly a month and those two holes are almost nearly healed with little pain. it just sucks that i spent money on two piercings and two jewelry pieces just to have to have them removed in the end...the people here are friendly and Regina is a great piercer!! my advice would be to just check out who is going to be doing your piercing for you.
