This is my usual garage when parking downtown. They have lots of spaces and the rates are reasonable. There is a sign on 2nd St that tells you how many open spaces are left. The AMC will validate if you go to a movie. The garage is fully automated so you need to pay for parking before returning to your vehicle. I wish they would clean the stairwells, though. They smell horrible. The exit doors are also disgusting and need to be repainted.

I have never have encountered such friendly staff at a parking garage. The gentleman was friendly and helpful. He even chatted with us when we returned. It was easy access to downtown and an easy exit out. It took away the stress of trying to find parking on the streets.

Great place! I was going to the Jannus for TDS concert and unfortunately didnt take a credit card. Can't park without one. Luckily a phone number was posted in one of the lots . Called it. The girl who answered was great. Gave us directions . It was just across the street from the concert. Great place and only $5.00!! Highly recommended.

None of the paying stations were functioning. Extremely rude employees in the office (3 of them!) laughing at us because we wanted to pay? One came to see the machine and had no clue what was happening. A second one came to tell us to go to the other station, which was being worked on so unusable, or to wait untill she restarts the system, or try to exit for free but it would cost us $2000 fine. Really? Cannot believe people are being paid to do such a poor job. Avoid this parking garage
