How much does it cost to punch in at 4:57 PM and punch out at 9:20 PM??? I have never paid more than $2 for this time frame and I have been using the garage for almost 9 months...

Normally... should be 2 dollars for 4 to 5 hours after 5pm. But you came in before 5pm. Maybe that is why you were charged higher. http://www.stpete.org/transportation/parking_management/public_garages_and_lots.php
