I was able to make an appointment online which was great and gave me some relief in knowing I was going to be seen by someone that day. Sign-in process was efficient and I was moved quickly into a room. Doctor was compassionate and listened to my concerns (and fears) of not feeling well. I opted to get the prescriptions filled there so I did not need to stop again and could just get home to start feeling better. Convenience was definitely worthwhile and added no to minimal cost for each Rx. Overall a very positive experience and have already referred a few other people to TGH Urgent Care. Nice to know we have great options when we can't easily get into our PCP.

Great experience! Came close to close due to work and everyone was so friendly and attentive despite that. No wait and got X-rays done immediately on-site. Recommend and would come back any day if needed!

I was in a lot of pain when I came in to TGH urgent care. I had already been to 2 other urgent care and was told it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait. TGH saw me immediately diagnosed my problem and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes. They even called in my prescription immediately. The staff was helpful courteous and concerned about my condition. I would definitely come back here again if I need urgent care in the future.

We've come here a couple times and it's always been quick and easy! Best experience so far was a couple days ago when they caught my appendicitis. Because of their referral to the emergency room suspecting I had appendicitis, I was able to get a room and testing done very quickly!
