The nurses and the doctors were all very kind and helpful. The doctor who treated me was very upfront about costs, since I had to pay out of pocket, and gave me great care for my problem. The location was clean and the ability to save a spot before going in saved me a lot of waiting time.

The staff was great. The medical assistant was really good I think her name might’ve been Brittney but she was excellent. Within five minutes she had me connected with Andrea the nurse practitioner who is amazing. I love being able to have my appointment On teleMedical so that I didn’t have to wait and Andrea was able to refer me for a CT scan and everything is perfect thank you. I hope that you will always have the telemedical available

Baycare never disappoints! They are literally the Publix of Hospitals and Urgent care. Everyone treats you with respect, shows a genuine concern about your well being, and they strive to get you better. I had a great experience at this clinic. The doctor understood that I had a bacterial infection in my lungs and not a virus. They prescribed the antibiotics needed and sent me on my way!

Was looking for a place for xrays and no one could get me in until next week. Was worried about a hip fracture so called BayCare and they said if I could get over there ASAP they could get me in. Well it was delightful experience. Everyone was SO helpful and nice and impressed me I would recommend this place highly to anyone who needs their services. Got my xrays and no fractures!! Thanks to everyone especially Dennis who made my xray experience tolerable!! :)
