I will say that the staff here on my visit today were all top-notch! Very courteous caring and friendly. I highly recommend this urgent care over the Sillect urgent Care on morning drive! Because they have everything here on site, EKG x-ray, urine analysis. I didn't know what was going on with me. But they figured it out here at San dimas. The other one on morning drive, they do not have on-site X-rays. The last time I went there two years ago they referred me to Kern radiology.. if they had X-ray on site they would have known I had an abscess in my stomach. Two days later I was admitted into the hospital, that was November 2020

Clean and professional, all the staff were fantastic. It’s a medical office not a fast food restaurant your not going to be out in five minutes, but everything was done in a timely manner. Lots better than most the urgent care facilities in town that want you too wait in the car while they try to figure things out in the parking lot.

Fail from my perspective. Front office staff was abrupt and rude. No good morning, welcome, anything like that. "first time here? fill this out". When I thought I was finished.."insurance and ID" very gestapo like. Then a 2 hour wait listening to Sponge Bob at high volume. There were signs everywhere, no eating, no drinks, no exceptions. The two people at the front desk were eating and drinking in front of patients with the sign right behind them. Really? When I finally got to see the Physician's assistant (not a doctor) she measured my leg and announced "it is swollen". No kidding! That is what I put on my reason for the visit. Leg swollen and painful. Finally she said, "I can't rule out a DVT, congestive heart failure or cancer". I asked what she could do. She said go to an ER. Any ER, they can't refuse you. So I wasted 2 hours, my insurance payments and increased my time to see a doctor. Next time, the ER. Memorial ER was able to help me. Nice job, guys. Thank you very much!
