The waiting room is very clean and large. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The nurses are relatively thorough and attentive. And doctor Chris was great - quick/brief but committed to solving the health issue at hand and to bringing comfort to his patient. Thank you!

“I’m going to treat what I see” - seriously loved that statement. Kareem Moasis listened to my concerns - didn’t bother with the test that only tests for strep A - looks at his throat and immediately seen there was definitely a bacterial infection going on and gave him the antibiotic he needed. Maybe his primary care didn’t see it because I took him in to early. But I still appreciate the ease of this visit . Only 4 stars because the girls at the front desk were not approachable not professional , on their phones (which isn’t an issue to me if you don’t have some one standing in-front of you needing some help ) and worked with no urgency . It took longer for them to register my son than it took took to do my sons medical intake, be seen by the doctor/PA and leave with a visit summary .

I am out here in California visiting with my daughter and her family. I needed to go into see a doctor. My daughter recommended this place and they did not disappoint. Very professional. Got me in and out rather quickly. Thank you for great service and care. Edit…. It took this office 2 DAYS to send in the antibiotic. I called everyday, couple times. Went to the pharmacy. BIG waste of time. They also sent the script about 20 minutes away. I told them closest CVS to the office. Moved to 3 stars from 5 only because the dr was great. Dr 5 stars.

The check in and our is fine. This is not the first time I went here. And yeah, it was a terrible experience. I just wanted my knees to be checked and wanted to do bloodwork or xray. Waited 35 mins to be called. The MA assigned today kept on looking on her apple watch while taking my blood pressure and such. She would ask a question and I kept repeating my answers because she’s preoccupied of what shes doing. She would even cut you off when you answered her on her specific question. Then she asked me to stay on the room and waited for the doctor for another 28 minutes for NP. The NP was male, I told him all my issues and he told me to lay down and remove my pants which is im not comfortable with. He could have said it in a professional and therapeutic way. I told him I can lift my pants up to my knee and he just said your too young to have gout and arthritis believe me. I asked him if i can do blood work and he said o take pain pill first,warmcompress and massage it. And now Not recommending this place. Go anywhere else
