Life With Monica B

They are the absolute worst !! Especially their customer service at the front desk. Apparently, no one likes to answer the phone and have no idea on what they’re doing .. I knew this place was scratchy from the first time my boss tried to sign me up for this program. VERY UNHELPFUL when it comes to being able to pick up your paychecks on other designated days.

Despite saying they are open during this time or even closing early it seems that they are not open or even in their office. I went to pick up my check at 2:00 some time last week checking their schedule to make sure they weren't closed which their site said they were open. I wasted both my rides and my time to go there only to be locked out with a sign stating that the program is currently stopped. I even tried calling since there were multiple cars in the parking lot, but like always they don't pick up their phone. So thanks to them not calling or emailing to warn they would be closing I am now left without a paycheck.

The ladies in the front desk seen very unhappy they always have a attitude with the people like me that are seeking for help to find a job....if we come here is because we need help, not just to hand around. It would help if the personal is more willing to help because if they are in the position they are in, is to help the poeple and not to give them an attitude, they do work for the public. Maybe your department need to make better selection of personal.

I made a error in judgement this morning when I thought I could get help from an UI office. The automated phone system and any online help simply offers little help and a large load of frustration. You simply cannot get anyone on the line. Going to th office in person was, I thought, a good idea. I was wrong. I was simply sent to a phone to repeatedly sit there and go through the same system I had not had any luck with for 3 weeks. The security guard offered some help and tried to assist me in his methodology of repeatedly going thru the systems prompts, getting turned down to speak to a rep and simply calling back. After 7 or 8 attempts I noticed a bit af giggling and laughter form the office workers monitoring this humiliating scene. The guard with time on his hands, must think the unemployed are humored by his little game. He even described it to me as a game. What an unprofessional way to treat people in need of assistence. His method he said, " was like fishing. You can have your hook in the water for hours without any luck." Mt response was "NO" the system should work if you follow the online steps and it has not in this particular case. I have a confirmation or customer number from filling out the online form but nothing else since and evidently no possible way to follow up on an existing claim other than this "game". Very wrong and very unprofessional.
