We have reported our neighbor who rents out his house for parties that often play loud music till 2 am then leave trash in our yard, and/or street, gutters and flower beds. To date, chronic nuisance loud noise - code enforcement has not done anything to stop the parties. Drugs are being used even when children are present. We have tried talking to the various people who rent the house, which varies as the house is being rented as an Airbnb etc. yet it has not been successful. We are very disappointed in how uncaring and unconcerned the city of Lancaster code enforcement has handled our concerns. We believe it would be handled much differently if this were their neighbor. Nice neighborhood just bad neighbor and bad city who refuses to help. :(

Go ahead and just do it and once the bozos at code enforcement issue you a bogus unconstitutional ticket you go to LACOURT.ORG AND DOWNLOAD an ADMINISTRATIVE appeal form and file it by mail at Stanley mosk courthouse. The swindlers at code enforcement won't dare show their cowardly faces in court. Lancaster court won't accept papers you will beat them 100% in court. Do not be fooled by their sham appeal at code enforcement you will lose. By pass them completely and take them straight to superior court. It is a 100% guaranteed win. Make sure you claim coffee enforcement has no jurisdiction and no constitutional authority and no due process. Good luck and knock em dead
