I think you would still have to pay up at least what you owe for the minimum payments of the past due amounts. Cause unless that happens they wont release your license. But don't quote me on that. You would want to check with your worker for sure. Maybe then you can set up a payment schedule. I hope this helped.

If order obtained by child support agency 18 and graduate high school or the age of 19 if minor child still in the home and attending accredited school to get high school diploma. 19 is max with child support agency order. If you get a private order it can go over age of 19
