Very friendly, polite, and professional. A quiet safe and secure place thanks to amazing security. Welcoming place to bring children and family. They also have semi private study/meeting areas for study groups and other small groups.

Public Restrooms are currently out of order and the air conditioning has much to be desired. As a taxpayer this is a little disappointing. Good study space and free WiFi.

Usually you get them from your employer. Most other tax forms you can get from the library or the IRS website
Library cards are always free...unless my parents has to pay for my first one and I don't remember that. Butt I did misplace it and have to replace it as an adult, which was free.
I think you can, but to make sure you they are renewed i would recommend you go to the library and get them renewed there
