Units aren’t sealed properly so whatever you store in here will be covered in a thick layer of dirt and dust. They will also raise your rent multiple times per year. Rate has gone up almost 10 percent in one year

Really exceptional service. I booked a unit online (easy) and the manager called me to let me know the condition of the unit and showed me a couple options. They had a Yelp special to get a free lock if you check in as well. I already have one unit with A-1 and they made it really easy to merge my accounts and transfer any credits if/when I move out. Really helpful to have access 7 days a week 6am-10pm. I've been a customer for over a year and have been happy with the unit, access space and staff. They are always so friendly. Highly recommend.

Such a pleasant experience! The guys in the front office couldn't be more helpful. Nice attitude, too. They know moving your stuff into storage for a house renovation can be stressful. I love being able to buy more boxes/tape in the front office--very convenient.

A-1 accepts personal checks and credit cards. I set up automatic payment by credit card with them. Very easy and dependable.
Our office is closed on major holidays. However, our access hours are 6 am to 10 pm, every day of the year, even holidays. Hope that helps!
