We bought the Tesla Model Y from the Americana, Glendale location. Our experience was excellent all the way from the test drive to the car delivery. Would highly recommend Karen who was super attentive, promptly addressed our questions on delivery schedule and followed up on the next steps.

I’m in a lease that expires in 4 months and I’m trying to decide what to get. For the first time in my life I have a budget to get something I actually want and don’t have to settle for the most basic style sedan. I stopped in to this Tesla location and I think that’s the direction I’m currently leaning. The cars and the technology that goes inside them is unfathomable. Elon musk is a real one and I hope that I end up in a new model S within the next few months!

Yes, you can trade in any vehicle. Just as long as you fill out the trade-in vehicle information online a few weeks before the delivery date.
Just Don't expect to see more than one car in their showroom. I would not necessarily call this a dealership.
