I work with CISS for like 5 years in a row at Coachella Music Festival & a couple of Raves. I never had a problem with them. I was treated with respect and I was paid accordingly. The management treated me fair and even accommodated me one day I got sick at Coachella. Great company in my opinion

wow I looked them up to call the office and I see these reviews. Honestly, I've never been treated with disrespect and love the managers on the field like Juan and Anthony. Those reviews usually come from the LAZY employees that only complain and find excuses to call out and not show up .. NOT TO MENTION LEAVE POST. I mean, would you hire someone on your team like that? All I can say is that I have had a really good experience and if you work and do your thing RIGHT then you wouldn't have a problem.

Absolutely great company! They provide security for the biggest events in Southern California! I’ve worked with them for over a year and have NEVER had a problem with payment or even getting ahold of the owner/office staff when I had questions or concerns. They take care of us logistically and always communicate. I don’t understand why there are any 1 stars . Prob from the 1 star employees! You get what you put in! If you want to work cool shows and get paid to do it, you should work with them! I recommend!!
