Great small shop that handles a variety of watch and jewelry repairs. I've taken several watches for batteries and sizing, and the service is always fast and fairly priced. This guy is the best in Glendale! Avoid the galleria, this guy's legit. Still the best in town. They're honest and fast. Most work gets done in minutes as you wait; otherwise, he'll get back to you in a day or so for more involved services. Still most fair prices around.

My Seiko Automatic Scuba Divers Watch of 10 years started running real fast. I googled up other folks recommendations and determined that I would probably pay $150 TO $200 to clean/ fix or $600 new for the same watch. I’d had the same model for 30 years that required one cleaning for $150. Not happy with the options I found Best on Yelp highly rated. I called and talked to Patrick who suggested I bring it in so he could see it. I took it in that afternoon and Patrick popped off the back, saw some dust obstructing a spring and told me he suspected that as the culprit. This was on a Friday and he told me to come back the following Monday and it would probably only be $15. I came back in on Monday afternoon and the watch has been correct to the minute for the last week, without requiring a major cleaning and replacement of a bunch of gaskets. I had replaced the crystal last year with real sapphire and it should last now for several more years (knock on wood). Kudos to Patrick and Best Jewellry & Watch Repair. I never write a review, but this just blew me away.

Absolutely outstanding! Being an owner of a small family business I really enjoy doing business with same; especially when the service is outstanding. Furthermore, the prices are reasonable. Here are smart business people who know that you don't have to make a killing on the first sale, offer good prices and repeat business and word of mouth advertising will more than make up for high, initial pricing. Wonderful, friendly atmosphere too. I will definitely be back and refer friends and family. I went in to have 3 watch bracelets re-sized and my wife found a lovely opal pendant while we waited.

I'm glad I found this place, would definitely recommend to you. They're professional and friendly. Found out it's a family business, and they've been at this location for almost 15 years. Got a battery for my watch and couple of pins for the band, prices are good, and fast service.Thank you Bob and Aren for your work. I came back few days later for another watch, Aren replaced it for me quickly. Awsome job.
