I was referred by another dental office to come here and see if I needed a root canal that was the beginning of 2021. I’m not the type of person who likes to go back and forth so I had Dr Shah perform the procedure. I had to let her know upfront that I didn’t like needles. And her response was you won’t feel a thing. And she was right and after a year I’m still going there. Now it’s August 2022 and I needed to have a tooth extracted because it was split got numbed up only felt pressure throughout the whole process. No pain at anytime then or days after. So let’s just say that I will continue to go from East Hartford to New Britain for Dr Shah 🙂👍🏾👍🏾 YES, I WOULD ABSOLUTELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHARTER OAK DENTAL OF NEW BRITAIN, CT

My son had an appointment to get a root canal started. Two week wait for the appointment. His appointment was at 3pm. He lives a hour away. 45 minutes into the ride he sees a text he got a 1230 to confirm his appointment or it would be cancelled in 35 minutes.He did not see this text and was well into his journey. He pulled over and called no answer. Great job Charter Oak Dental.
