I have never had experience worst than in this building. The leasing is THE WORST! Like they never do anything to fix broken stuff, its been MONTHS the elevator is not working! The hallways are always dirty! The gym equipments always not working and the floor is dirty!! Ao much things to say! I am moving out in 2 weeks THANK GOD! And i will never recommend anyone to deal with these people! The most irresponsible leasing company EVER!

Terrible management, especially Allan's work. They don't care about your problems with their service. Got a notice on Christmas Eve about a rent increase. Mildew on the walls. Repair work is done even at night, they expect you to sleep with noise above 75 decibels in your bedroom( it's about like putting a bed on the highway). Stay away if you can.
