We just had the best experience going through the drive-thru. The lady at the drive-thru window was so personable and pleasant. Unfortunately, we didn’t get her name but I’m sure her management will know exactly who this review is mentioning. She needs to be cloned and employed by every Starbucks!

Always had a good experience here, the staff was always really friendly! Plus there was a cute guy with shaggy wavy black hair who worked here who was the sweetest. Sending the employees good vibes~

Great facility. They had about 6+ of us standing in the lobby waiting for our mobile orders. Didn't look like any of us minded waiting. I got my order and purposely thanked them out loud for all of them to hear and not one of the 5-6 people acknowledged it. I know that we get overwhelmed but that's why I said it, to make them feel appreciated. They didint seem to care.
