It's a Starbucks, you know the drill. Still, the staff were so kind! I sat in here for a meeting, hogging a table for over two hours. I was greeted upon entry and waved away upon departure regardless. The sweet cream cold brew was also on-par with expectations.

I (and many others) had a terrible experience here on Friday, November 5th between 8-8:45am and actually could not believe how bad the service was. I am not one to write negative reviews, but the communication from staff was so terrible / lacking that I do not feel bad in the slightest for writing this. Myself and the others (20+ people) waited for 30-45 minutes past our mobile order pickup time for our drinks and were not refunded for the this absurd delay. I heard one lady say she had ordered over an hour before. For reference, I’m posting a photo of how many drinks and food items were abandoned at the pickup counter because people gave up on waiting for their orders. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks and I will be taking my business elsewhere until I’m compensated.

Dakota, Isaac, Quinn and Jane are so upbeat and delivering high quality drinks and food even though it was very busy and they didn’t have a moment to rest all morning. Great job everyone!
