Homemade oat milk was really exciting to see, but after trying it, I found it to be very watery and not creamy.

We used to go to downpours all the time as our local coffee shop, but a few months ago they raised their prices hugely, and it’s no longer worth it. It’s no longer at all in line with other coffee shops in the area — I paid approx $7 for a small mocha, while it’s about $5 everywhere else in walking distance (and in Denver in general). From asking staff about it, it seems that the owners’ explanation is not being able to get staff and needing to raise prices, but the fact that everywhere else can pay their staff a living wage without outrageous prices makes me wonder why they consider it a customer responsibility to be able to pay well enough to retain their employees.

This place has great stuff, however their prices are exorbitant. Being a member of the community for a while now, I have witnessed the prices in Congress Park increase, but the quality has not changed. I know there is inflation, but nothing about their business model and pricing keeps me coming back to them instead of going down the street to French Press or the Market. I want to root for you, but 7$ for a medium latter or almost 5$ for a cup of black coffee is too much. They say I get a free- refill with it the high price, but often I get it to go. I just want one cup. This used to be my go-to, but I have changed. I wish at least the prices of black drip coffee would lower and I would return almost daily.

Awesome spot to sit inside or outside as they have a good amount of seating. WiFi is a nice bonus too! The americano ($3) was good and a lot of people were ordering their homemade burritos, but I can’t speak to the food but the next visit I’ll be sure to try it. Nice people and good area for some people watching.

There's a parking lot attached and 12th definitely allows street parking.
