The previous management was never in the office and was so hard to get ahold of. The “emergency” number was never active. They were extremely disorganized and didn’t care for the community. Like previous reviews said, they’d turn off water without notice and all day. The new office manager, Melissa, is always in the office and making sure she’s available. I’m noticing a huge difference. She seems likes cares for her community, and even sending out newsletters and notices in Spanish and English! To make sure everyone knows what it happening. This community has a lot of work to catch up on, but from what I’ve seen I feel like the new manager is going to do a great job!

Residents are not notified when the water is turned off. 3 kids in a house with no water - not acceptable!!!
