Dirty Chai is one of the best I’ve had in Denver. Pastries are great too. I don’t like cakey, sweet muffins (which seem to be the go-to 90% of places) so I appreciated the blueberry lemon one that was more natural tasting and denser. Recommend the Flower Power seasonal latte. Only criticisms: 1. Pricing isn’t on the menu/board. 2. They are open for indoor seating, but you still have to order at the outside window which is odd. I definitely understand covid precautions but if inside is open to hang out, why can’t you order inside (at least when ordering pastries since you can’t really see them from the window)? I’ll try and trust there is a good explanation but would hope they consider changing this for the winter which has finally arrived.

THE BEST COFFEE EVER!!! The coffee is so smooth! You can get addicted to this places easily. I find myself visiting Wash Perk at least once a week! You need to come and try this place!

As of right now, I have only gone here once. I needed to meet up with someone and she recommended we meet here. It seems like the epitome of a place you would visit when someone says "let's meet up over a coffee." I tried something basic - drip coffee, no cream or sugar. I figured if I like the most basic item on the menu, I'd probably like other items as well. It was basic, but it was good. It is in somewhat of a neighborhood area so street parking isn't hard to find. Indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating was a little limited, but even if that was the case, it seems like a nice area to walk and talk. I'd definitely consider this place myself to meet up with someone over a coffee.

Such an adorable coffee shop near Wash Park! I also love the name! I got a latte with vanilla and oak milk, delicious! My wife got an iced chai, definitely recommend!!
