Great staff, fun events and activities for any age group, and good books. I(12) am happy because this library brought me back into reading and such. It also made my days more fun because of the constant events. The last time I read a book before now was 5 years old but this place is a great, silient, and fun area to hang out. And I’m surprised with the wide selection of books for such a “small” library. Anyway,10/10, love going to this place.

The staff at the New Castle Library are consistently patronizing and belittling of patrons. I frequently visit the library and hear them making snarky comments amongst themselves. #unprofessional If it is too much trouble to politely and patiently provide help to patrons perhaps you shouldn't be working at a reference or circulation desk for a public library? Just a thought. It goes without saying that the pompous superiority of the staff creates an unwelcoming atmosphere and is in poor taste. Unfortunate.
