Worst customer service . They won’t call you after you give them your tool for warranty purpose and if it is out of warranty. They just throw it out without calling and asking if you would like to fix the issue with your tool . I would never shop there again . He’s a little old wrinkly coward !

We can order Electric Chain Hoists, they take 2 days to get in. We do also have a good selection of manual hoists in stock if you would ever need those. -Tools & More
