Highly disappointed with the service my senior citizen parents received here. They had my dad's medically required scooter since May for repairs. Once the part was finally received True Mobility decided they could not fix the scooter because water mysteriously accumulated inside the scooter True Mobility had in their possession for the past 3 months. They not only refused to refund the $350 deposit, since no repairs were rendered but they also called my parents to tell them they should be charged even more than the $350. The attitude and disrespectful service from some of the employees should not be tolerated, especially when dealing with senior citizens. I would never recommend this company. The scooter was returned to my parents, no help loading it into their van, not fixed and True Mobility kept the $350 deposit. Unacceptable.
