Incompetent! I took my child here for blood work that needed to be shipped immediately after drawing and even with all the instructions I gave them and me asking them to please do it correctly cause my baby has been getting blood work all month and they still messed up! They sent me an email saying they need to redo the labs cause they shipped the blood to late! Unbelievable!

Not sure who drew my husband’s labs but the second he walked out he called me basically how incompetent the phlebotomist was. I clearly saw it for myself when I came home 7 hours later to see he was still oozing blood from his stick. ( he’s not on blood thinners). His arm was jammed with no warning and carelessly!! If you can’t do people stay out of healthcare!
