The customer service here is terrible. I couldn’t use my debit card at all and when I tried to speak to someone, I had no support whatsoever. I’ve been on hold for almost 45 minutes and still haven’t been able to speak to anyone regarding this issue!!! If I could give zero stars I would bc this is not okay!!

Staff is nice and considering but I guess it depends on who you get some people have good experiences some have bad . I have more good than bad so I can understand those who have negative experiences

This is absolutely the worst credit union. I contacted the main number because god forbid they provide a number to the local branch. All I needed was to add a beneficiary to my account or information on how to do so. It took almost 2 hours of me sitting on hold, utilizing the chat feature and of course requesting to speak to a supervisor after a representative told me to call back, for someone to tell me that a form would be emailed to me in a day or two or to visit the branch.

i have been calling for weeks and i have yet to speak to anyone 0/10 would not recommend they said 4 minute wait time i’ve been waiting for 20+ minutes then when i do the call back option i answer then they immediately hang up i’m getting rather tired of the terrible service so many problems i have yet to get a solution.
