Terrible service here. $100 copay just to direct us to the ER. Don’t waste your time nor money, you won’t get what you pay for.

I entered your facility in Seekonk today, I’m having an issue with my right ear. I entered the facility and the woman behind the counter said sir Mask and waived it in my general direction. I asked if that was the most appropriate way to address an in coming patient and she said she was perfectly polite and asked the young woman she was checking in at the time if she thought it was rude. That was the end of it. I sat down and waited to check in. The next gentleman entered and the woman behind the counter adjusted her approach. She welcomed the gentleman and offered him a mask. Finally my name was called and she brought up the topic again to which I replied that she had done better the 2nd time around she began to argue at which point I said there was no need and asked just to check me in. She got up said nothing and left me at checkin by myself. 5 minutes later a blonde woman came out arms crossed who was none to pleased to be there. She chastises me for treating her coworker poorly and so asked her if she was present during the conversation to which she said no and I said then why approach me with someone else’s conclusion. She then said I needed to shut up or I had to leave and asked if I wanted to feel better or leave. I’m still in shock at this point and I ask what I dis to deserve the behavior. I wasn’t screaming or belligerent. I was shocked at the behavior. She told me I would get no help here today and told me to leave. I asked to talk to someone in charge and a woman came out with short hair and arms crossed. Who again was behaving as if I was screaming and sat there while the same blonde woman checked me in like I was some sort of threat. All of this while having never left the seat or raised my voice or insulting anyone. 3 opportunities to correct the poor service at 3 levels and 3 distinct failures of customer service. I’m not here to make problems but I also want to be treated like a person. This is absolutely insane that I was treated so poorly and this type of patient treatment from the staff is poor and wildly inappropriate it’s also contrary to the level of care I’m accustomed to receiving from South Coast Employees. Your staff needs sensitivity training. I’m here because I don’t feel well and to be treated poorly by staff because I asked to be treated like a person is disturbing.
