I was with my elder client today and the rude teller told us that she needed to come into the lobby to transfer money from one account to another account. I let the teller know that she also had surgery on her hand. It was only then that she did what my client asked. She said that it would take too long and that she would have to go all the way to use the machine to transfer the money. Very Frustrating.

Miserable for commercial accounts that have to come in every day. You have to sit forever in the drive through line. 6 lanes but don’t count on more than one or two to be open.
