I just love visiting this branch. The employees are always happy to help me and they do a wonderful job. I think Aaron Cash is an excellent Branch Manager. He has helped me with many things over the years.

2 new staff [ employees ] young female work in us bank 3614 W. State St . Boise , ID 83703 on 06/24/2021 both was very Rude , impolite , arrogant , and both say we 're manager not staff [ employees ] when I ask for the us bank manager and I'm sure they lie [lying] , both refuse to help me when I ask for help to send Fax 2 paper one to Neurology clinic and other to another bank , I do not have car , both Reject help me and I'm old customer since 2013 , even they was very rude with the customer service agent , the female staff that have long black hair was very very rude tacky with me and with the Albertson customer service , I hope if I can complain against them , because of the both bad staff I give one star .
