Place really went downhill after new management, ever since they fired Juan. They are super strict on returning cars squeaky clean or they will charge you an arm and a leg for interior detailing. When renting here, just add an extra $400 to your rental cost b/c unless you leave the car unused for the entire rental period, they will nitpick and point out the one minor dirty spot to justify the extortion. They probably get a kickback % from the detailing shop they work with to try to improve their bottom line. F this place. AVOID

Hello, I'm sorry to hear of your Im iPOD. Did you go into the office where you returned the car and inquire? Talk directly to the office manager. Items found in cars are to be turned into the manager especially something of great value. Don't give up, put pressure on them.
