I come here often to get change for my business. However today I walked up to the drive thru because lobby is closed and couldn’t just walk in. However other branches are open for walk ins and idk why they are not open for walk in. Second thing you now have to have a account with washington fed just to exchange dollar bills for quarter. I was told I couldn’t because of new policy? Anyways I took my business to ICCU and they had their lobby open and also did my exchange without asking questions for my account. Simple transaction turned into a disappointment.

i would like to say that this bank is better than good. i have been involved with banking institutions from a very early age through my family, and most of our financial transactions and endeavors have been on an international scale. i would have to admit that i was very skeptical of what Washington Federal was going to be able to offer......Simply put, its been better than imaginable. They are responsive, helpful, sincere and best of all, make you smile. i would not hesitate to encourage you to be at ease when saying that Washington Federal makes banking better. I love these guys!

This review is long overdue! Last year my husband, and I worked with Washington Federal Bank in order to obtain a Construction Loan. The rates were the best around, and we could not have been more pleased with our experience. We worked with Dale, and Tom who made the process as simple, and painless as possible. Dale, and Tom went above an beyond to help us navigate through the maze of paperwork. They were both so responsive, and literally bent over backwards to ensure everything ran smoothly, and timely. We can't thank you enough for holding our hands through it all, and helping us to achieve our dream home!
