WOW...Zero empathy at this branch. I had a family issue that had finally been resolved and because of the way the checks for an estate were written, they placed a hold on them. I am a VP at a very prominent financial institution and was horrified at the lack of customer service. I understood completely the issue and why it had to be handled in the way it was, however the 2 people I spoke with were rude, uncaring and treated me as if I was ignorant. After being a 20 plus year client of US Bank, I think it's time to take my business elsewhere.I’m very sorry to hear about how you were treated. I had an annoying U.S. Bank issue and I was getting the run-around on the phone and at another local branch. A teller here solved the issue in 5 minutes. Everything just felt more professional here. This U S bank is in very beautiful building, I love going there all the time. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
