It's absolutely beautiful except for all the awful trash and graffiti. I did not remember to bring gloves or trash bag to collect trash otherwise I would have. I recommend and politely ask those who go there that are willing to play a part in picking up trash/litter, to please bring A bag or container, gloves or and that Grabber thing for picking up trash. I as well as the squirrels Birds and wildlife sincerely thank all of those who are able and willing, to help keep our nature and wildlife areas clean

Parking lot was free of those experiencing homelessness and the floodplain itself is almost total isolation.. Very quiet peaceful place to walk even when raining a little (blacktop:).

Aside from the over abundant influence of homeless people the sites are domesticatedly outdoorsy!
