This is a “to-be-developed” natural area so don’t expect paved and “accessible” paths. And wear long pants as the paths get grown over. However, we passed through meadows and woodlands on our way to the Mt. Scott creek, dry in July. Park at the Aquatic Center lot and take the most-used path (cross the paved walk/bike path) south and it will take you through a wildflower meadow (nice in July) and on down to the woodland and creek.

This place is like a best kept secret. A little oasis of nature right next to civilization. I just wish there weren't so many homeless camps.

Nice natural area with unimproved old roads, and numerous footpaths and animal trails. Bounded by RR tracks, Harmony road, and 82. Saw several birds and had a nice walk in mid afternoon on a warm fall day.

Neat Park. not too many homeless people. Pretty good place to mountain bike if you got lots of spare inner tubes

I haven't taken the trail all the way, but it might be longer than that as I believe it splits into multiple trails

Is the water contaminated?

West of Sunnyside and 82nd as far as contamination goes your on planet Earth so most likely the water has some form of contamination, the water in three creeks nature area is fed by you gueesed it 3 different creeks the main feed comming from Mt. Scott in Happy Valley Oregon, the other 2 creeks also join in at Happy valley and run under the 205 freeway as does Mt. Scott. So im sure pollution from the thousands of cars a day going over the creeks would add some form or another of pollution to the water!
