When looking for my monument, I did a little research and shopping. I wanted something unique as an expression of love for my mother and father. My dad passed away September 12, 2020. I went to several places but went to Rico's first. They should have been the last stop as well. After selecting them and making the purchase it did take about 6 months or so for the monument to be ready but I was already expecting that to be the case. The folks there were wonderful, making me feel like I was the only customer they had and it was very much appreciated. More importantly, not only was the stone as pretty as I had hoped for but the craftsman ship was amazingly well done. The installers were friendly and knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing a grave marker, there is no better place to look. I think you would be hard pressed to find a better experience, from selection, customer service, quality, engraving and installation. I have found that they are indeed the best around. You'd be well served to go there.

Very nice people!! . Took over 2 months to put my mom's head stone and foot marker in. Communication goes a long way with me. I no there busy just communicate I little better. I would recommend them.

Manny, Barbara and the staff of Rico Monuments, treat you like family. There is no hard sell, no rush,no pressure and they will accomodate the family in countless ways. I hesitate to use the word pleasure at this time, but it would be appropriate if it was not such a sorrowful time of our lives. We received cold, hard, sales calls from other monument dealers in the area, we would not give them a return call. If the need arises, I would highly recommend Rico Monuments
