There hasn't been much to any management or maintenance workers around in the last 6 months to a year now. Also whoever is working at the Lookout Ridge Office named Samantha, where we have to contact about everything now, needs some customer service training. The way my husband was spoke to was absolutely rude and there was no reason for it. Not a good way to keep tenants. Oh by the way, you plan on doing anything about all of the trouble some tenants..? Do not come live here and pay them rent, NOT worth it.

So on there door he advertise that they are open on Thursday but yet they are not open and if you had bill and you paid if full they will not take it off your record i have dealt with them for like 8 months cus they over charged me and had to pay me back so I try to apply for another apt 1 month after my bill was paid in full and they paid me what the owed me to find out they never took it off so I was rejected for the new apt don't move here is a legal nightmare and good luck trying to contact them when they are not there where the advertise and the lady Runing this place half the time has no clue what she is doing so if your live here I would leave will you still have the chance and if you wan to move here there are much better place then this 1300$ no amenities place don't forget about he laundry you try to do one load it will take you 4 hours or more the whole naberhood has he code and it a den for kid to smoke and brake everything so just run ad avoid this place like corona

Personally, I have had the best experience with management and the apartment unit itself. Newly redone floors, cabinets, counter tops, and bathroom - give it a edge on other places for the price. Only downside, no washer/dryer in units, but they do offer a onsite coin laundry area for their residents. Not my favorite, but for the monthly price, certain "luxuries" can be bent. When I have put in work orders for odds and ends, my issues are resolved within 48 hours. Thank you Parc East for providing my son and I a safe and updated home for the last year!
