I was grandfathered in my old vet of 26 years, called to make an appointment for my dog and they inform me I can not get in for two months due to an over load of new patients. I was desperate to find out if my dog had a ear infection along with two big bumps around chest area. I pulled in to Orchards Hills called the number outside that was displayed, immediately someone came out to assist my needs. The next day I had a apt. Dr. Brenner answered all my concerns and had a great sense of humor. Her assistant was just as kind and helpful. Thank you, O.H.A.H.!

They’ll try to charge you for a bunch of potentially unnecessary labs and tests on your pet before even taking a temperature during the initial appointment (which they charge for regardless of providing you any actual service). This business will take advantage of your love for your pet. How tacky

We had a very sick kitty, that after days of hard work and compassion on behalf of the doctor and staff ended sadly today. But never have I had a more amazing and kind experience… the doctor went above and beyond and at the same time was very balanced and practical. Thank you is not enough, and I would take any animal to them! Excellent place for your fur babies! Recommend 💯

I searched around for a vet my two new dogs. I feel so blessed that they had an opening and we chose them. What amazing service through the whole process. They called several times before the appointment to get any records or information about Brooklyn and Millie. The level of care and kindness from the appointment setting to the follow up calls was amazing. On the day of the appointment the person who came to my vehicle to get them was so kind and friendly. My phone visit with the vet was so thorough, informative and not rushed. I felt heard. Thank you for such fantastic care for my babies, it is appreciated.

We have to establish a relationship with the pet. Our Doctors want to make sure your pet is healthy prior to vaccinating.
We book appointments very quickly, but sometimes we can get you in on the same day if someone cancels. If it is something urgent or emergent, we will do our best to see you right away.
Yes we do! Please call us for pricing and availability.

Hi Tricia - I am out of town right now, so forgive me if my team has already answered your question. We do offer on site cardiology at Orchard Hills. There’s not a cardiologist on staff, but we routinely call in the mobile cardiologist, who performs comprehensive cardiology work ups. I hope this helps! Dr. Bargar
Justin! Apologies for the ridiculous delay. Yes, Dr. Kurt Dawid is a new addition to our team. He works extensively with all manner of exotics and pocket pets, including sugar gliders.
Yes, we carry a product called Knockout. We have two different options either a room and area fogger or an area treatment spray.
Hi there. Thanks for asking. Unfortunately, we don't see reptiles. We usually recommend East Mill Plain Animal Hospital or St. Francis Animal Hospital for reptile work. Best of luck! Dr. Bargar, Orchard Hills Animal Hospital
Absolutely love this clinic they are amazing people and they really care about your pets
There are several programs out there that offer vet bill assistance. Most are on line and have an application process that that would be the best way to go.
Please contact the clinic...they will be happy to give you a quote!
