I see that you wanted to comment on my review so this is my return comment. I believe that every discussion should be fair and balanced, don't you? I believe you would so here is my response. I am not going to call you as when we called the guy said you could make a cake and what did you say? It is partially due to new staff. So what's the other part? Perhaps your incompetence as a business owner to properly train staff? I do not want or need anything from you. I would recommend that if this is the best you can do with your recipe that your respectably switch to a box cake. Believe me it would be much better than the cake we left in the trash can. To be honest the stray cats in the neighborhood seemed to enjoy it tho. Maybe stick to hot coco or maybe candy bars, but cake isn't your thing. This review is in the upmost respect and I do not apologize for hurt feelings.

Wife at home in bed recovering from knee surgery. I stopped here to get a little something to lift her spirits. She likes cinnamon and coconut. The staff suggested the cinnamon coffee cake and I also got two dark chocolate candies with coconut centers. The coffee cake was pretty wonderful (lucky I got a taste for quality control)! The coconut bonbons were good, she said, but the raw coconut left her chewing and chewing at the end. But toasted—they’d be awesome!

The Hot Chocolatier is a unique and exciting dessert Cafe. The disappointment was that their dining room was closed. So, after standing in a very long line, viewing all of the fabulous choices, we were not able to sit and enjoy our selections.

A chocolate lover's paradise, this place is a must-go-to for anyone with a sweet tooth. Located right across from the Choo Choo, the Hot Chocolatier serves up 18 different varieties of hot chocolate, plus over a dozen more hot drinks and over a dozen cold drinks. If that weren't enough, the display cases are chock full of delicious goodies, from truffles (roughly two dozen types) and cupcakes to boxed candies and gelato. With so many tempting choices, the Hot Chocolatier has something guaranteed to satisfy the cravings of even the most die-hard chocoholic.
