Sorry Dustin, Since we use ingredients that come from non-gluten free facilities and manufacture our own items in an environment containing flour, we can't advertise as a "gluten-free" facility. We do, however, have items made with coconut or almond flour, so depending on your level of potential allergic reaction to trace amounts of flour from items or ingredients we incorporate into recipes (as mentioned, possibly manufactured in a facility where items made with flour, nuts, and dairy); we leave it to the customer to decide given the risk involved. Our in-house sorbet is a vegan option, so most people can typically find something to satisfy their sweet tooth. Thanks for asking!
They don't have any gluten free baked goods that I know of. My mother is gluten free and she can get most of their drinks, chocolates, marshmallows and gelato. All of those options above taste fantastic by the way!
