I was planning on using this company to replace the front & rear brake pads, as well as resurfacing all four rotors. I was quoted a cheaper and incorrect price when I made my initial call, compared to the price that was given in person (much higher) when I already had our vehicle there. Then I received a call from the owner (Jerry) that he noticed damaged studs and lug nuts when taking off a wheel. He charged $99 just to replace those and damaged my backing plate in doing so. Firestone only charged me $12 to replace additional damaged studs and lug nuts. This place overcharges and needs better communication between the employees on pricing! See photos.

I have a life time warranty with budget break,but they stated I need rotor before they could but on ,said price would be $700.00, come find out didn't need rotor,had to get pads on main street for $79.00, Budget break is a rip off.I hope ppl. Don't go to them on Brained rd.

I had an outstanding experience with Budget Brakes. They were honest and professional and pointed out that I didn't need quite as many services as I thought I did and would have saved me quite a bit of money. I was so impressed with their honesty and professionalism we went ahead and did all the work anyway. Highly recommended.
