The customer service when on the phone was exceptional. I was having a hard time answering some of the questions and felt the burden of calling hospital and local coroners offices to verify things. But the Tulip team was very easy to contact and followed up with these places so that I didn’t have to. I felt like I had an advocate at a time I didn’t want to be advocating for myself.

If a simple cremation is what you require, I highly recommend Tulip. The process is simple and I was able to make all arrangements prior to my mother's passing in less than 20 minutes all from my cell phone. Once their service was required about a day later, everything was taken care of from transportation of the body to, I kid you not, USPS delivery to my door with email updates every step of the way. This service made a difficult experience much easier than I had expected at an affordable price.

Any local funeral home can ship the body back home without buying additional policies.
We don’t currently provide services in Placer County, but we plan to expand into the area eventually. You can find our full service area at tulipcremation.com/locations
